Վսեմաշուք պարոն վարչապետ, Մարկ Քարնի,
Օգտվում եմ Ձեր առաջիկա այցի հատուկ հնարավորությունից՝ մասնակցելու Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովին, արտահայտելու իմ անձնական հպարտությունն ու ուրախությունը, ինչպես նաև, անկասկած, մեր ողջ կանադահայ համայնքի ուրախությունը՝ իմանալով մեր նախնիների երկիր՝ Հայաստան կատարած Ձեր առաջիկա առաջին այցի հիանալի լուրը։
Որպես Կանադայի այս բացառիկ և հսկայական երկրի բախտավոր և հպարտ քաղաքացիներ, նախևառաջ ցանկանում եմ անկեղծորեն արտահայտել մեր ուրախությունը, որ բախտ ենք ունեցել վայելելու մեր երկրի Ձեր բացառիկ իմաստուն և կարող ղեկավարությունը՝ աշխարհում տիրող ներկայիս ամենաանհանգիստ ժամանակներում։ Հետևաբար, մենք կասկած չունենք, որ Ձեր առաջին ներկայությունը Եվրոպական համայնքի այս գագաթնաժողովում չափազանց օգտակար կլինի բոլորի համար, և մենք մաղթում ենք Ձեզ լիակատար հաջողություններ այս կարևոր առաքելության մեջ։
Որպես հայկական ծագումով կանադացիներ, մենք նաև շատ հպարտ ենք տեսնելով մեր վարչապետի այցը Հայաստան՝ մի բազմահազարամյա երկիր, որը, ցավոք, ունեցել է շատ դժվար պատմություն, գտնվելով ամենադժվար աշխարհագրական դիրքում, այդպիսով դարերի ընթացքում ստիպված լինելով պաշտպանել իր հավատքը որպես առաջին պաշտոնապես քրիստոնեությունը երկիր, իր յուրահատուկ լեզուն և մշակույթը։
Այս անգամ, անխուսափելիորեն, ձեր կարճատև մնալը Հայաստանում թույլ չի տա ձեզ լիովին վայելել այն ամենը, ինչ Հայաստանը կարող է առաջարկել իր հարուստ մշակույթի, անսասան հավատքի և լեգենդար հյուրընկալության միջոցով։ Այնուամենայնիվ, վեր խոյացող աստվածաշնչյան հայկական ազգային խորհրդանիշի՝ Արարատի տպավորիչ հանգստությունը, , մոտակա աշխարհի ամենահին քրիստոնեական Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տաճարի օրհնությունը և յուրաքանչյուր հայի ջերմությունը, անշուշտ, ձեզ կզգացնեն ողջունված և անվտանգ այս կարճատև ճանապարհորդության ընթացքում:
Խնդրում եմ, պարոն վարչապետ, ընդունեք իմ ամենահարգալից և ջերմ ողջույնները, ինչպես նաև մեր անկեղծ մաղթանքները Հայաստանում հաճելի և հաջողակ կեցության համար:

Dear Prime Minister, Mark Carney,
I am taking the special opportunity of your forthcoming travel to Yerevan Armenia, to participate in the 8th European Political Community Summit, to express my personal pride as well as happiness, as well as undoubtedly the same of our entire Canadian Armenian community, learning the great news of your forthcoming first visit to our ancestral land, Armenia.
As fortunate and proud citizens of this exceptional and vast country of Canada, I first like to express sincerely our happiness to have the good fortune of enjoying your exceptionally wise and able leadership of our country, during the current most turbulent times reigning in the world. As such we have no doubt that your presence for the first time, at this European Community Summit, will be critically beneficial to all, and we wish you full success in this important mission.
As Canadians of Armenian descent, we also are very proud of seeing our Prime Minister visit Armenia, a Multi millenary country, that has had unfortunately a very difficult history, having been perched in a most difficult geographic position, thus having had to defend its faith as the first officially Christian country, and its unique language and culture, through many centuries.
This time, inevitably your short stay in Armenia will certainly not allow you to enjoy fully all that Armenia can offer through its rich culture, its unshakable faith, and legendary hospitality. However, the impressive tranquility of the overlooking biblical Armenian national symbol, the majestic Mount of Ararat, the blessings of the nearby world’s oldest Christian Cathedral of St. Etchmiadzine, and the warmth of every Armenian, will certainly make you feel welcome and secure, throughout this short trip.
