Այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» վերաբերյալ «բանակցությունների» ավարտի մասին հայտարարություններից անմիջապես հետո ադրբեջանական գրեթե բոլոր մեդիա հարթակներով տարբեր պետական-քաղաքական գործիչներ առաջ են բերում (հետևում կանգնած է ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը) լրացուցիչ պահանջներ`

*Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պետք է ապահովի «արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների» վերադարձ և նրանց անարգել ելումուտ Հայաստան:

*Այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացում այնպես, ինչպես դեռ 2021 թ. նոյեմբերին Թուրքիայի նախագահի հետ ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը, այն է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» իրար է կապելու ողջ թյուրքական աշխարհը։

*ՀՀ սահմանադրության փոփոխություն ըստ ադրբեջանական պահանջների։

*Հայաստանը պետք է հատուցում վճարի Ադրբեջանին:

*Հայաստանը պետք է հանդես գա ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման նախաձեռնությամբ:

*Պետք է տեղի ունենա Հայաստանի ապառազմականացում և գնված զենքերի հանձնում կամ վերադարձ։

*Հայաստանում պետք է դադարեցվի Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի հաղթանակի և պատերազմի մասնակիցների հերոսացումը:

Հայաստանում պետք է փակվեն այն բոլոր կառույցներն ու կազմակերպությունները, որոնք զբաղված են ազգային արժեքների տարածմամբ։

*Ըստ ադրբեջանական իշխանական քարոզչության` սրանք այն խնդիրներ են, որ պետք է լուծվեն «խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» ստորագրումից դուրս և նախքան ստորագրումը։

Այնպես որ, բացի այն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը սեփական ժողովրդից գաղտնի է պահում այս կենսական կարևորություն ունեցող հարցերը, իշխանության մնալու մոլեռանդությամբ թաքցնում են այս ամենը` տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե իրենք տիրապետում են իրավիճակին, և այդ համաձայնագիրը բխում է Հայաստանի շահերից` ակնհայտ իմանալով, որ դա այդպես չէ:

Arman Tatoyan sounds the alarm and outlines Azerbaijan’s demands

The Armenian government, apart from keeping these issues of vital importance to its people secret, is hiding things in order to stay in power, giving the impression that it is in control of the situation and that this peace agreement is in Armenia’s interests, when it knows full well that this is not the case.

Arman Tatoyan, in a post on his Facebook page, warns of the growing demands made by Azerbaijan following the end of the ‘negotiations’ on the so-called ‘peace agreement’. He describes a series of demands from various figures backed by the Azerbaijani government, including :

The Armenian government must guarantee the return of ‘Western Azerbaijanis’ and their unhindered entry into and exit from Armenia.

• The opening of the so-called ‘Zangezur corridor’ as it was in 2021. In November, at a press conference with the Turkish President, the Azerbaijani President announced that the ‘Zangezur corridor’ would link the whole of the Turkish world.
• Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia in line with Azerbaijan’s demands.
• Armenia must pay reparations to Azerbaijan.
• Armenia should take the initiative to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group.
• Armenia must be demilitarised and weapons purchased must be handed in or returned.
• The glorification of the victory in the First Artsakh War and of the participants in the war must cease in Armenia.

All structures and organisations in Armenia engaged in the dissemination of national values should be closed down.

• According to Azerbaijani government propaganda, ‘these are the problems that must be resolved outside and before the signing of the “peace agreement”.

So, apart from the fact that the Armenian government is keeping these issues of vital importance to its own people secret, it is hiding all this out of fanaticism in order to stay in power, creating the impression that it is in control of the situation and that this agreement is in Armenia’s interests, in the clear knowledge that this is not the case.

Arman Tatoyan tire la sonnette d’alarme et expose les exigences de l’Azerbaïdjan

Le gouvernement arménien, hormis le fait qu’il garde secrètes ces questions d’une importance vitale pour son propre peuple, cache les choses par fanatisme afin de rester au pouvoir, en donnant l’impression qu’il contrôle la situation et que cet accord est dans l’intérêt de l’Arménie, tout en sachant clairement que ce n’est pas le cas.

Arman Tatoyan, dans une publication sur sur Facebook, alerte sur les exigences croissantes formulées par l’Azerbaïdjan après la fin des « négociations » concernant le soi-disant « accord de paix ». Il décrit une série de demandes émanant de diverses personnalités soutenues par le gouvernement azerbaïdjanais, notamment :

• Le gouvernement arménien doit garantir le retour des « Azerbaïdjanais occidentaux » et leur entrée et sortie sans entrave en Arménie.
• L’ouverture du prétendu « corridor de Zangezur » tel qu’il était en 2021. En novembre, lors d’une conférence de presse avec le président turc, le président azerbaïdjanais a annoncé que le « corridor de Zangezur » relierait l’ensemble du monde turc.
• Modification de la Constitution de la République d’Arménie selon les demandes de l’Azerbaïdjan.
• L’Arménie doit payer des réparations à l’Azerbaïdjan.
• L’Arménie devrait prendre l’initiative de dissoudre le Groupe de Minsk de l’OSCE.
• L’Arménie doit être démilitarisée et les armes achetées doivent être remises ou restituées.

• La glorification de la victoire de la Première guerre d’Artsakh et des participants à la guerre doit cesser en Arménie. Toutes les structures et organisations en Arménie qui sont engagées dans la diffusion des valeurs nationales devraient être fermées.
• Selon la propagande du gouvernement azerbaïdjanais, il s’agit de questions qui doivent être résolues en dehors et avant la signature de « l’accord de paix ».

Ainsi, outre le fait que le gouvernement arménien garde secrètes ces questions d’une importance vitale pour son propre peuple, il cache tout cela par fanatisme afin de rester au pouvoir, en donnant l’impression qu’il contrôle la situation et que cet accord est dans l’intérêt de l’Arménie, tout en sachant pertinemment que ce n’est pas le cas.

Правительство Армении не только держит в секрете жизненно важные для собственного народа вопросы, чтобы оставаться у власти, но и создает впечатление, что контролирует ситуацию и что «мирное соглашение» отвечает интересам Армении, хотя понимает, что это не так.

Арман Татоян в посте на своей странице в Facebook бьёт тревогу по поводу растущих требований, выдвигаемых Азербайджаном: «Сразу же после заявлений о завершении «переговоров» по так называемому «мирному соглашению» различные государственные и политические деятели (при поддержке правительства Азербайджана) представили дополнительные требования практически на всех азербайджанских медиа-площадках:

• Возвращение «Западных азербайджанцев» и их свободный въезд и выезд в Армению.
• Открытие так называемого «Зангезурского коридора», как это было в 2021 году, что обеспечит связь всего тюркского мира.
• Изменения в Конституции Республики Армения в соответствии с требованиями Азербайджана.
• Выплата Арменией репараций Азербайджану.
• Инициатива Армении по роспуску Минской группы ОБСЕ.
• Демилитаризация Армении и сдача или возврат приобретённого оружия.
• Прекращение прославления победы в Первой войне Арцаха и её участников.
• Закрытие всех организаций в Армении, которые пропагандируют национальные ценности.

Таким образом, помимо того, что армянское правительство держит эти жизненно важные вопросы в тайне от собственного народа, они скрывают все это из своего фанатизма, чтобы остаться у власти, создавая впечатление, что они контролируют ситуацию и что это соглашение в интересах Армении, четко понимая, что это не так».

Arman Tatoyan lancia l’allarme ed espone le richieste dell’Azerbaigian 

Il governo armeno, oltre a tenere segrete queste questioni di importanza vitale per il suo stesso popolo, nasconde le cose per fanatismo al fine di rimanere al potere, dando l’impressione di avere il controllo della situazione e che questo accordo sia nell’interesse dell’Armenia, pur sapendo chiaramente che non è così.

In un post su Facebook, Arman Tatoyan mette in guardia dalle crescenti richieste avanzate dall’Azerbaigian dopo la fine dei “negoziati” sul cosiddetto “accordo di pace”. Egli descrive una serie di richieste da parte di varie figure sostenute dal governo azero, tra cui:

• Il governo armeno deve garantire il ritorno degli “azeri occidentali” e il loro ingresso e uscita dall’Armenia senza ostacoli.
• L’apertura del cosiddetto “corridoio Zangezur” nel 2021. A novembre, in una conferenza stampa con il Presidente turco, il Presidente azero ha annunciato che il “corridoio Zangezur” avrebbe collegato tutto il mondo turco.
• Modifica della Costituzione della Repubblica di Armenia in base alle richieste dell’Azerbaigian.
• L’Armenia deve risarcire l’Azerbaigian.
• L’Armenia dovrebbe prendere l’iniziativa di sciogliere il Gruppo di Minsk dell’OSCE.
• L’Armenia deve essere smilitarizzata e le armi acquistate devono essere consegnate o restituite.
• La glorificazione della vittoria nella Prima guerra dell’Artsakh e dei partecipanti alla guerra deve cessare in Armenia. Tutte le strutture e le organizzazioni armene impegnate nella diffusione dei valori nazionali devono essere chiuse.
• Secondo la propaganda del governo azero, si tratta di questioni che devono essere risolte al di fuori e prima della firma dell’“accordo di pace”.

Quindi, a parte il fatto che il governo armeno sta tenendo nascoste queste questioni di vitale importanza per il suo stesso popolo, sta nascondendo tutto questo per fanatismo al fine di rimanere al potere, dando l’impressione di avere il controllo della situazione e che questo accordo sia nell’interesse dell’Armenia, pur sapendo benissimo che non è così.
